Over the recent long weekend, the BHA National Council congregated in BHA's upcoming 2025 Festival location, Canberra, for our annual Face-to-Face Meeting. The purpose of this meeting was to plan ahead for 2024 and beyond and review the wonderful feedback submitted by you our members in the recent Membership Survey.

We started with an exploration of the last 10 years of BHA (the good, the bad and the ugly), followed by an in-depth review of the survey results/feedback. This shaped the remainder of our weekend, where we discussed the next 5 years of our wonderful organisation, where our focus areas lie and what we want to achieve in terms of membership satisfaction and growth. Rounding out the weekend, we went through our day-to-day operational plans, as well as our portfolio-specific strategic projects, and finished it all off with a sanity check to make sure we're not biting off more than we can chew!
